Return and Refund Policy – FoldedHem
This policy applies to all orders placed with FoldedHem and shipped to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
We understand that sometimes an item may not fit as expected or may not match your preferences. For this reason, we accept returns of most clothing and footwear items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for return, items must be in resellable condition. This means they must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, or damage. All original tags, labels, packaging materials, and shoe boxes must still be included and intact. Footwear returned with scuffed, worn, or dirty outsoles will not be accepted.
Some items may be marked as final sale. Final-sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Before returning any product, you must contact our customer support team to request a return authorization. Please email kutermccart44@outlook.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will send you return instructions.
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a fulfillment error. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund based on availability and verification.
FoldedHem does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
